SOME NEW ART TO SHARE

Hello everyone...I have not blogged since Oct. 27th...OY!  I hope to surf blogland this evening and check up on you all.  I am playing with dolls again.  I am down to one Frozen Charlotte left for my art, I have one I am not parting with...lol.  So I will be checking out Etsy...do see if I can find some more.  As well as start Christmas shopping on Etsy...can't be November already, can it?

Crazy Amigo Challenge

I am up for a challenge today, over at Crazy Amigo's the promt is MEN.  So I thought I would add one of my Sassy Cards in this challenge.  All in fun....

PLAYING WITH MY DOLL HEADS....

So today I am looking at my stash of doll heads and I am thinking, what can I do with them. I can't paint, I do not know how to make dolls...and this is what I came up with. I was going to list this cute little tray in my Remember Yesterday Etsy shop, but the wheels started turning and my muse started talking to me and poof....a creation emerged.

I used the tray, on top of that this sweet little vintage hankie case that was delicately hand painted. I added some bling and the doll bust. She wears a piece from a vintage linen and I strung some pearls for her neckline. Finally I added a little embroidered butterfly to the top of her head. So sweet.... off to create some more.  She is my newest listing at Vintage Snaps and Scraps

CROWABOUT CHALLANGE

Well, I decided to go back for more fun at CrowAbout.  This week's image sheet had to do with the circus.  I had so much fun with the last one I did, and the comments from everyone....warmed my heart.  What a great group of artist's over there.  If you haven't been to the blog, click here.  They list the winner of each weeks challenge.  I decided to make mine a journal, made from a composition book.  I like this challenge, because you work out of your comfort zone.  I like that....sometimes....
